Coaching is the perfect choice when you need guidance with:
Coaching is appropriate when there is no medical diagnosis (depression, anxiety, PTSD). Coaching is very action-oriented, focused on the present, and is generally very time limited. Dr. Riley can help you determine whether coaching or therapy is appropriate for you during a consultation session.
Coaching Philosophy: Dr. Riley is an ACE Certified Health Coach, and has worked in the Behavioral Medicine field for nearly a decade. She works daily with individuals and families to help manage and better cope with chronic health conditions and/or chronic pain.
She is also trained as a Strategic Intervention Life Coach. Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magali Peysha are the founders of Strategic Intervention Coaching. They draw their influences from past creative breakthroughs in human intervention by Victor Frankl and Milton Erickson.
A Certified Strategic Intervention Coach has gone through intensive study and training in strategies to handle a wide range of human needs and life challenges. Strategic Intervention Coaches are trained to identify obstacles that may be holding a client back (such as their internal beliefs, communication patterns, relationships, life stages) and offer practical strategies to create results in each of these areas. SI Coaches provide practical frameworks for the client to understand their options followed by using strategies and activities including:
