A mindful and creative vinyasa practice with layers of options to meet the individual needs of each person. Slow flow offers opportunities for mindful strength and embodied experience. Each class ends in guided relaxation.
Description: In this class, students will coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. This Vinyasa Flow is designed to help build overall strength and flexibility. Students can expect to be challenged, but will also be offered choices and space to modify the class. All levels are welcome!
Bring: Yoga Mat, Water, Towel and any props you need.

This 45-minute beginners class will focus on learning the fundamental poses, body alignment, breathing techniques and Journey into Power sequence. No prior experience and baseline flexibility required. Come and discover how to better work with your body to improve flexibility and strength. Opportunities for Q&A during class will be available.
Bring: Mask, yoga mat, water, towel, and any props you need for class. Props cannot be supplied at this time.
