A mindful and creative vinyasa practice with layers of options to meet the individual needs of each person. Slow flow offers opportunities for mindful strength and embodied experience. Each class ends in guided relaxation.

Vinyasa Basics
This 45-minute beginner's class will focus on learning the fundamental poses, body alignment, breathing techniques and Journey into Power sequence. No prior experience and baseline flexibility required. Come and discover how to better work with your body to improve flexibility and strength. Opportunities for Q&A during class will be available.
Bring: Mask, yoga mat, water, towel, and any props you need for class. Props cannot be supplied at this time.
