Classes and Events

COVID-19 Information

We are so excited to see you!
​Please carefully take note of the following changes when you are coming for class:
Picture
Masks must be worn at all times, including during practice, while in the Wellness Center.

The studio will be cleaned in between each class to ensure your safety.

We are unable to supply any yoga props. Bring everything you need for class with you- yoga mat, blocks/straps, blankets, towel, water, etc.

Please do not arrive more than ten minutes prior to the start of class and exit the studio immediately after class ends to avoid any gathering in the waiting area.​

The floor is marked with tape for placement of your mat to maintain social distancing guidelines.
Screening
Complete the COVID-19 screen the day of class.
Wavier
The COVID-19 waiver must be completed before attending a class at Balance.

Our Upcoming Events

Due to COVID-19, you must pre-register for ALL classes online. Space is extremely limited. There are streaming options available. We cannot accommodate walk-ins for class.

Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga 


This 60-minute Vinyasa Power Yoga class is designed to empower you to build the inner fire, physical strength and mental focus. In this moving meditation based on the Journey into Power sequence, you will be challenged to work with your breaths and to honor your body while recognizing your edges. Prior experience with yoga may enhance the enjoyment of this class, all fitness levels are welcome. 


Bring: Mask, Yoga mat, towel, water, and any props you need for class. Props cannot be supplied at this time.

2/27/21 - Vinyasa Flow with Stacey Mobus

Instructor: Stacey Mobus



Description: In this weekly class with Stacey, students will coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. This Vinyasa Flow is designed to help build overall strength and flexibility. Students can expect to be challenged, but will also be offered choices and space to modify the class. All levels are welcome!





Bring: Yoga Mat, Water, Towel and any props you need.
