Yoga for Stress Management Workshop Saturday 11/16/19
Most of us experience stress in our daily lives. Join this class to better understand how your body responds to stress and how yoga can help you manage. Participants will learn breathing techniques, yoga postures and relaxation methods to improve overall functioning on and off the mat. Students can expect to build flexibility, strength and gain skills to help them relax.
No prior experience necessary. Bring yoga mat, water, & towel.
