Gentle Yoga- Tuesday Evening Single Class
Tuesday Evenings- Beginning January 14, 2020
Gentle yoga - A slow, nurturing practice of mindful yoga and conscious breath with instructor, Monica Zucco. Monica teaches to the needs of the group and encourages participants to creatively explore within the safe space of their yoga mat. Each class ends in deep relaxation.
About Monica: I love yoga because it consistently offers opportunities for fresh perspectives and insights into well-being. My classes, like my personal practice, emphasize mindfulness.
I have enjoyed teaching Gentle and Restorative yoga for over 12 years, and Slow Vinyasa for 7 years. My training includes two 200-hour teaching certifications in Gentle and Iyengar-inspired yoga and certifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Tune Up’s® Roll Model Method. Most of all, I love learning from the students I work with every week in classes and private sessions.
