Beginner Yoga Single Class Pass
Day: Thursday Evenings, beginning January 16th
Time: 6:30 pm
What to bring: Yoga mat, water, towel
Our 6 week beginner yoga series is just the place for you to start with other new to yoga students in an environment that breaks it all down and allows space and time for questions. You will learn the foundational poses, basic principles of alignment, and how to connect your breath to movement in a vinyasa style. (Vinyasa means flowing through poses.)
We understand that you that you might be curious about yoga and not ready to jump into a studio class full of long time practitioners. You will be introduced to yoga postures with step by step instruction, see demonstrations of the poses, learn how to use props to support your practice, and given time to ask questions during each class.
You will finish this series feeling empowered, confident, and comfortable in your yoga practice.
Although this class moves at a slower pace than other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged mentally and physically. In this series of 6-60 minute class series, you will strengthen, stretch and open up to the power within you.
