Breathe and Flow Yoga- Single Class Pass-Starting 2/27/20
8 Week Session -Begins Thursday, February 27th
Description: A class for those new or newer to yoga or those looking for a basic class that moves at a slower pace.
Focus: This class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness over time.
Emphasis on breath as we move through sun salutations, building slowly as we add in basic foundational poses. Student understanding, safety, and stability are at the heart of this class. Expect atmospheric music, a heated (not hot) room, and a closing mindfulness practice.
Bring: Yoga Mat, Water, Towel
