Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga
This 60-minute Vinyasa Power Yoga class is designed to empower you to build the inner fire, physical strength and mental focus. In this moving meditation based on the Journey into Power sequence, you will be challenged to work with your breaths and to honor your body while recognizing your edges. Prior experience with yoga may enhance the enjoyment of this class, but all fitness levels are welcome.
